Traditionally defined by locals as, “Two scoops rice, mac salad and BBQ meat”, the plate lunch has come a long long way the last several years. Sure, there’s L&L , the local favorite, but I’m going beyond the obligatory L&L BBQ Chicken plate lunch. I visit your blog on a daily basis and when there’s snow storm in Connecticut (which would be around every 4 days or so), I would visit it about 20+ times that day.
