Teresa Helbig, a designer based in Barcelona, Spain, has seen her works featured in magazines such as Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar. She won Marie Claire’s Best New Designer in 2009. Gorgeous pleated ruffles of organza. Matching pug accessory not included. In full swing – white feathers (ostrich?) under an otherwise simple dress. Result: Drama.
