Sharon Bowen is designer based in Congleton but supplies to many bridal shops as well as offering a couture service direct with her. As she was local I dealt directly with her although I just ordered one of the standard designs. I advise not to deal with this woman or any company she is involved in. The most unprofessional person I have ever met. My ‘finished’ dress did not look like the sample dress, it was terrible quality, it did not fit, the material was awful. When I started to complain she refused to answer my calls, return my messages, reply to my letters & emails. She sent a message through her collegue that she did not want to talk to me even though I had paid over £2000 upfront! I had to buy a new dress the week before my wedding it was that bad!!
