Our Hawaii Bride, Kristina, takes a little voyage to Portland, Oregon... I just came back from a fun little week in Portland, Oregon where the hubby and I went to visit friends and check out the city. I was in heaven because the city is like Mecca for DIYers, handmade gifts and vintage shopping. While I went from one vintage store to the next, I was wishing that Hawaii had more selective vintage stores besides the usual thrift stores we raid for Halloween costumes. But if you look hard enough, there are beautiful, quality pieces one could find at a vintage store in order to make their wedding unique. From antique vases...

Hi, I’m Alana and I’m doing work experience with DeRay Simcoe. The photographs I have taken were in Hyde Park and also along Brisbane Street . I am very interested in photography and doing work experience at DeRay Simcoe has given me an insight of what it would be like to be a photographer. I love looking at all of their photographs and learning from them. I am also interested in fashion photography and hope to be in that line of work when I am out of school.

Feast your eyes on the uniquely beautiful Claire Pettibone Cherry Blossom 2010 bridal gown collection.
